Hey there I am Stephen Evans and I'm your new manager. If you work for me there will never be a boring work day. If you get your hours in by the end of the week we will have a cook out at the local park. There will be food and drinks for everyone.

    I like the idea of a cookout, but it sounds more like a bribe than an incentive to me. Also, you can't promise unboring days, they happen, and you can't always control them.
