Conflict Resolution Strategies in the Workplace

The strategies talked about in this article are Avoiding the Conflict, Management determines a solution, Use Accommodation to Resolve the Conflict, Resolution of  Conflict by Compromise, Conflict Management through Collaboration. I would use Conflict Management through Collaboration because the people that you have problems with it makes you work together to solve the issue in a way that everyone is satisfied with the outcome.

  4. Your point is invalid, because in the worplace, time is so essential that you couldn't possibly have any time to collaborate unless the problem was really severe, even then you probably wouldn't have time to collaborate.
